What a fantastic day we had at the Docklands Sailing and Watersports Centre!

On Wednesday 12th June, the London Taxi Drivers’ Charity for Children organized a wonderful sailing event for 30 children with special educational needs from St Edmunds school, East London.

A big thank you to our committee members Stewart and Claire for trying out the paddle boards and staying dry!

It was a special experience for the children, many of whom tried paddle boarding and kayaking for the first time. The staff at the sailing centre did an excellent job guiding them and ensuring a safe and enjoyable time.

The best part of the day….watching the children gleefully jump into the river from the pontoon!
