Russell Square Cabmen's Shelter Fundraiser
On Thursday 6 June 2019, we will be holding our second fundraiser at the Russell Square cabmen's shelter.
Katie Simmonds who has been running the cabmen's shelter for the last 5 years, is a very keen supporter of the taxi trade and our charity.
All money taken for food and drink will be donated to our charity on the day and there will be a raffle draw with some great prizes up for grabs.
We are raising money for our 2019 Southend-on-Sea outing, where we take over 250 special needs and disadvantaged children to the seaside for the day.
Our goal is to raise £3000 through this fundraiser.
For many of the children it will be the first time they had been in a London taxi, seen the sea and all the rides in Adventure Island.
At last year's fundraiser, Gary Oldman popped by to say hello!
Can you help us to make this day of adventure a reality for the children? Thank you for your support. We are truly grateful for your donations.
