We have purchased a camper van play bus for Brookfield House School; a special needs school for pupils aged 2 to 19.
We have donated £5,300 to fund this appeal.
At Brookfield House School, the students have profound and complex needs. They learn through a sensory-based curriculum.
Most of the students struggle to communicate and express themselves.
Brookfield House School has an increasing amount of students on the Autistic spectrum. These students need to keep active.
Developing their outdoor spaces will help create learning both inside and outside of the classroom.
The camper van play bus will be an asset to the playground. The pupils will learn how to share the space and develop their role play skills when using it, as well as having fun.
We have a special connection with the School. Many of the students attend our yearly events such as our Southend outings and Mad Hatters Tea Party.
The build of the camper van play bus is currently in progress. We will keep you updated on the completion of the project.
If you can help us fund appeals, please donate any amount you can to our charity. We receive many appeals to help sick children.
Your donations will ensure that we can continue to assist children who are in need of our help.
